Common questions
I charged all night but got few points
Points are counted from the readings your phone sends while it charges. Some cables, chargers and power banks cut power once the phone reaches 100 percent, and the session ends there. We also pay for a maximum of nine hours per day.
No morning notification
Check that notifications are allowed for Wattnap in iOS Settings, and that Background App Refresh is on. Your profile shows both, along with the time of the last report from your phone.
Where are my points
Points earned overnight wait in a pending balance. Open the app and tap Collect. Within 24 hours you keep all of them, within seven days half, after that they expire.
How do I delete my account
Profile, then Delete account. Everything tied to the account is erased immediately and cannot be restored.
